Our training program is as fun as it is comprehensive. We learn together and even create our own courses, such as Matt Williams’ How to make sure your shit works. And while there are a lot of courses we do in person, we also take some courses remotely. We also customize our yearly training plans--think about what you could learn with all that time!
Put another way: do you really want to compete with a team that is spending 312 hours per year training on everything under the sun? Sometimes it’s better to just work with the best, eh?

Team Dynamic
One of the best things about Red Alpha is each team’s ability to do what makes sense for that team. For example, we like to throw all our team building resources into something spectacular that we’d enjoy doing even if we have to put up with our work colleagues while we’re there.
