Team Dynamic
One of the best things about Red Alpha is each team’s ability to do what makes sense for that team. Our Innovation team has a diverse composition, including senior engineers who take the time to mentor junior Members. We actively collaborate on our difficult problems, sometimes virtually–as many of our team members work remotely sometimes–and just as often in person. Everybody gets a chance to work directly with the customer and see first hand the impact they are making.
